What patients say

Reviews are left on Google, not here. That is on purpose: a review written into a box on our own website is a compliment we control, and it would make the ones we do not control worth less.

Pressing the button opens Google's review form for the practice, ready to write in. You will need to be signed in to a Google account — if you use an Android phone or Gmail, you already are. Choose a number of stars, write as much or as little as you like, and it is published under whatever name your Google account goes by.

It is yours after that. You can edit it or delete it whenever you want, and we can do neither — we can only reply to it. So please say what you actually think: a page of five-star reviews that all read the same way persuades nobody, and an honest three-star review with a reason in it is worth more to the next person reading this than a dozen without.

If what you have to say is a complaint, or something you would rather not have in public, write to us instead — that form goes to the practice and nowhere else, and we would much rather fix something than read about it.
